LifeStstance Health Georgetown, KY is seeking licensed mental health therapists to join our clinical team serving adults, children and families in a flexible care model. You will provide telemedicine and in-person therapy from our Georgetown office with comprehensive administrative support.

Licensed Therapists are a critical part of our clinical team. We're seeking Licensed Therapists that are:

• Independently licensed in the state of Kentucky (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT).
• Experienced in working with adults, children & adolescents, or across the lifespan.
• Must reside within commutable distance of local clinic(s).
