Job summary

Blue Water Healing Clinic in Michigan is seeking experienced Licensed Mental Health Therapists (LMSW or LPC) to join a growing clinical team. You will provide individual, family, and couples therapy for clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions, while leveraging a supportive, collaborative environment.

The role offers scheduling flexibility, administrative and billing support, and an established referral network to help clinicians manage their caseload effectively.

Qualifications

• Master’s or higher degree in a relevant field.
• Active Michigan license (LMSW or LPC).
• Ability to practice independently in Michigan.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and/or couples therapy.
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in the EHR system.
• Manage an active caseload of clients.
• Maintain ethical and professional standards per Michigan licensing requirements.
• Collaborate with other clinicians and referral partners.
• Participate in occasional team meetings and clinical collaboration.

Position Overview

Blue Water Healing Clinic is seeking experienced and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapists (LMSW or LPC) to join our growing clinical team. This role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality mental health services to individuals, couples, and families in a supportive and collaborative clinical environment. Our clinic serves clients experiencing a variety of behavioral health challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, life transitions, and other mental health needs. Clinicians will have the flexibility to manage their schedules while receiving administrative and operational support from our team.
