The position requires sound clinical judgment and independent case management. Remote work with a Monday–Friday schedule, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, and a salary of $115,000–$120,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
• Active Delaware MHC license.
• Experience providing psychotherapy to adults.
• Comfortable delivering care through telehealth platforms.
• Strong clinical judgment and written communication.

Responsibilities

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned caseload of adult clients
• Conduct initial evaluations and follow-up appointments
• Provide individual psychotherapy through telehealth
• Complete diagnostic documentation and required clinical records
• Review changes in symptoms, functioning, or level of risk
• Maintain confidentiality and professional standards
• Comply with Delaware licensing, ethical, and telehealth requirements

Eligible Licenses

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Professional Mental Health Counselor (LPMHC)
• Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)

Requirements
