LifeStance Health is actively hiring licensed therapists in California to deliver high-quality behavioral health care. Flexible telemedicine and in-person options with full benefits and competitive compensation are available. You will join a national provider committed to accessible, evidence-based care.

Licensed therapists must be CA-licensed (LPCC/LCSW/LMFT) and experienced with adult and/or child/adolescent populations. Salary ranges from $117k to $134k depending on productivity and location.
