ViaQuest Psychiatric & Behavioral Solutions in Bucyrus, OH is seeking a full-time mental health professional to perform comprehensive diagnostic assessments, provide patient visits, and ensure up-to-date treatment plans.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field with one year of therapy experience or a Master's in Social Work or Professional Counseling, and an active SW/Professional Counseling license (LSW/LISW/LISW-S, LPC, LPCC, LPCC-S, LMFT, LIMFT, LIMFT-S).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field with one year of therapy experience OR Master's in Social Work or Professional Counseling.
• Social Work/Professional Counseling License or equivalent: LSW, LISW, LISW-S, LPC, LPCC, LPCC-S, LMFT, LIMFT, LIMFT-S
• Experience in therapy and counseling preferred, including home settings.
• Willingness to travel throughout assigned service area.

Responsibilities

• Performing comprehensive diagnostic assessments.
• Providing patient visits as scheduled.
• Ensuring treatment plans are up to date for each client.
• Completing comprehensive and succinct progress notes.
• Communicating and following up as needed regarding the client's status.
• Working collaboratively with those providing case management and/or psychiatric services.
