Qualifications

• Active licensure in North Carolina: LCMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or provisionally licensed.
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Strong communication and clinical assessment skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently and maintain organized documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy sessions using evidence-based practices.
• Complete intake assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.
• Support clients in developing coping skills, emotional regulation, and wellness strategies.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with care teams, case managers, and community providers.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Uphold confidentiality, ethical standards, and professional boundaries.
• Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and quality-improvement activities.
