Job summary

Fusion Care Group seeks Licensed Mental Health Professionals (LMFT/LCSW/LPC/PHD/PSYD) to join our Arizona team. We offer full-time or part-time roles (minimum 8 hours weekly) with large offices for in-person sessions, referrals, credentialing assistance, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401(k).

Responsibilities include confidential assessments, individual/family/group psychotherapy, care coordination with schools and peers, and ongoing progress

Qualifications

• Current clinical licensure in the state of California (LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LPCC, PHD, PSYD).
• Minimum of 6 months of clinical experience working with children, youth, adults, and families with diverse clinical issues.
• Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and electronic health record systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide confidential assessments and individual, family, and group psychotherapy services to clients with diverse emotional, behavioral, and social challenges.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals to coordinate care, consultations, and training.
• Work closely with schools and other involved professionals to ensure effective care coordination.
• Conduct diagnostic assessments, create treatment plans, and monitor client progress using various measures and tools.
• Establish and maintain constructive relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
