LifeStance Health is actively seeking Licensed Therapists to join our clinical team in Illinois. You will deliver high-quality behavioral healthcare to adults and children/adolescents in a collaborative setting, supported by full administrative and digital EMR tools.

We offer a generous signing bonus, full benefits, a 4% match on 401k, and a strong focus on work-life balance. Compensation is productivity-based, with a range of $71,000 to $90,000 per year depending on licensure and experience.

Competenze

• Holding an active Illinois license (LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT) is required.
• Experience working with adults and child/adolescent populations.
• W2 plus fee-for-service productivity model is used.
