SonderMind is seeking compassionate, licensed clinicians to join our expanding network. You can manage your own practice with referrals, set your own hours, and choose telehealth or in-person sessions. We handle billing, credentialing, and connect you with clients, helping you focus on care.

Applicants must hold a master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field, and be fully licensed to practice independently. Pay is $85–$105 per hour, with bi-weekly guaranteed pay.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
• Must be fully licensed by the State Board to provide therapy independently (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LCPC, LISW, LP).
