You will join Lyra Clinical Associates, enjoying admin and marketing support, flexible scheduling, and quick, paperless payments through Lyra’s platform. This role emphasizes client matching, clinical consultation, and leveraging Lyra’s resources to provide high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Master’s or doctoral degree in a clinical track is required.
• Unrestricted clinical license to practice independently in the U.S.
• Experience delivering evidence-based treatments (ACT, CBT, CPT, DBT) and measurement-based care.

Responsibilities

• Provide culturally responsive, evidence-based therapy to children, adults, couples, and/or families.
• Work with a caseload that spans mild to complex mental health needs, with in-person delivery preferred.
• Manage risk and respond to clinical crises as needed; maintain client records and follow best practices.
