Job summary

Radix Recovery in Iowa seeks a licensed mental health professional to provide high quality therapy within a multidisciplinary care team. You will develop person-centered treatment plans, conduct assessments, and monitor client progress in alignment with standards and best practices.

The role requires an active Iowa license in mental health counseling, family counseling, or social work, with a preference for 2+ years of experience and EMDR certification or willingness to obtain it.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and active license in mental health counseling, family counseling, or social work in Iowa.
• Minimum of two years' experience in mental health preferred.
• EMDR certification preferred or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality therapeutic services as part of the care team.
• Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with client goals.
• Monitor progress and document treatment responses per standards.
• Collaborate with clinicians, nurses, and support staff to support recovery.
• Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and timely.
