The LMHP will work with individuals and groups addressing addictions, family issues, stress, and aging-related concerns. The role requires a master’s degree in a human services field and licensure eligibility (LCSW, LPC, PLCSW, LPCA, LCASA or Ph.D.), plus certification for behavioral screening.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a human service field required.
• Must possess and maintain full or provisional Licensure Status (LCSW, PLCSW, LPC, LPCA, LCASA eligible or Ph.D.).

Responsibilities

• Maintain weekly Medicaid billable hours.
• Maintain confidentiality of client records.
• Conduct assessments and behavioral screenings as assigned.
• Counsel clients individually and in groups to support change.
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on clinical knowledge.
• Collaborate with staff on assessments and treatment planning.
• Meet with families or other parties to exchange information during treatment.
• If required, participate in on-call crisis coverage.
• Ensure proper documentation of treatment records and reports.
