Job summary

Sea Mar Community Health Centers in Washington State seeks a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to provide diagnostic assessments, individual counseling, crisis stabilization, and treatment planning for adults and high-need patients. You will coordinate care with psychiatrists, primary care, and other clinicians within an integrated care team.

Requires a Master’s degree, active WA license (MHP/LMHC/LCW/MFT), and adherence to WACs/RCWs.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, or social work.
• Active Washington State license as MHP, LMHC, LCW, or MFT.
• Experience diagnosing mental health issues and developing treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostic assessments and develop treatment plans for patients.
• Coordinate care with psychiatrists and primary care providers.
• Lead clinical chart reviews and provide supervision as needed.
