Pride in North Carolina, LLC is seeking an Outpatient Therapist to provide diagnostic assessments, individual and family therapy, and treatment planning for children and adults.

The therapist delivers services per Medicaid guidelines, collaborates with treatment teams, completes documentation, and maintains licensure in North Carolina (LCSW(A), LCMHC(A), LMFT(A) or equivalent). Bilingual Spanish speakers are preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a human service field.
• Must be licensed in North Carolina (LCSW(A), LCMHC(A), LMFT(A) or equivalent).
• Experience delivering diagnostic assessments and various therapies.
• Preference for bilingual Spanish-speaking candidates.

Responsibilities

• Conduct screening, evaluation, and diagnostic assessments.
• Develop treatment plans and provide individual and family therapy.
• Communicate with supervisors and treatment team members.
• Complete documentation per Medicaid and insurance requirements.
• Monitor client progress and update crisis plans as needed.
