Job summary

LifeStance Health seeks a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to diverse patients in both in-office and telehealth settings. You will conduct diagnostic assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and deliver psychotherapy to support patients’ emotional and behavioral wellness.

You will collaborate closely with psychiatrists and other clinicians, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and uphold the highest ethical and quality

Qualifications

• Licensed Mental Health Therapist required.
• Provide diagnostic assessments and implement individualized treatment plans.
