Grow Therapy is seeking fully licensed therapists who want to deepen their clinical impact while building a practice that feels sustainable, supported, and connected.

Grow Therapy provides credentialing, billing, integrated EHR, scheduling, and telehealth, plus clinician support. You can work in-person, via telehealth, or in a hybrid setup and set your own private pay rates, with weekly direct deposit.

Qualifications

• Fully licensed in Ohio or equivalent state licensure.
• Experience building and sustaining a private practice.
• Comfort with telehealth and blended delivery models.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy services across in-person, telehealth, or hybrid formats.
• Partner with Grow Therapy to leverage platform tools and clinician support.
