LifeStance Health in Oregon is actively hiring licensed mental health therapists for our West Linn clinic in the greater Portland area. The role supports diverse clients with adults, children and adolescents, in a hybrid model combining telemedicine and in-person sessions.

We offer flexible schedules, a generous compensation plan that can exceed $123,000–$141,000 per year, full benefits, annual bonuses, and strong administrative support to help you focus on clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• Must be fully licensed and credentialed in Oregon (LCSW/LPC/LMFT) preferred.
• Experienced working with adults, children & adolescents across the lifespan.
• Must reside within commutable distance of local clinic(s).
