Qualifications

• Fully licensed mental health therapist at the Master’s level or above.
• Active licenses include: LMHC, LPC, LPCC, LCPC, LCSW, LICSW, LMFT, PsyD (state-dependent).
• Active NPI number.
• Malpractice insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy to clients via telehealth and in-person as applicable.
• Coordinate with Headway for credentialing and billing support.
