With our Teletherapist position you can work from home with a steady stream of clients and income. Your focus will be on clinical work while we handle business operations such as credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing. A virtual office in Virginia is available for in‑person support when needed.

Job Summary

The Teletherapist will provide therapy through a HIPAA compliant teletherapy platform in standard 45–60 minute sessions. The average full‑time caseload is approximately 30 client sessions per week. Part‑time teletherapists may begin with at least 7 sessions per week and transition to full time as a caseload develops.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide virtual therapy in 45–60 minute sessions
• Complete assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes
• Offer input on best strategies, techniques, and services for client care
• Contribute to the growth and success of MySpectrum as a valued team member

Qualifications & Skills

• Licensed as an LCSW, LPC, or LCP in Virginia and eligible for credentialing with major insurance panels; additional state licenses are a plus
• Experience working with diverse populations

• Commitment to building and sustaining a full‑time caseload
• Must have high‑speed internet access
• Must have a HIPAA protected space for sessions
