Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Professional Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.
• 3,000 hours of postgraduate supervised clinical work are required.
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist or Licensed Professional Counselor in Wisconsin is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide mental health and substance use treatment in outpatient clinic.
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on person-centered principles.
• Conduct individual and group counseling using evidence-based approaches.
• Maintain accurate case records and complete required state reports.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team and participate in supervision.
