We are seeking fully licensed mental health professionals to provide in-person psychotherapy and behavioral health services within Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) and Assisted Living communities throughout the Buffalo area. Qualifications

Required

• Active and unrestricted New York license as one of the following:

• Clinical Psychologist
• LCSW
• LMHC
• LMFT

• Master's degree or doctoral degree in an applicable discipline.
• Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Comfortable providing services in nursing home and long-term care settings.

Preferred

• Experience working with geriatric populations.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities, rehabilitation centers, long-term care, or assisted living settings.
• Interest in interdisciplinary and integrated healthcare.
