Job summary

CHE Behavioral Health Services is actively seeking fully licensed mental health clinicians to provide outpatient psychotherapy to adult populations in Lakeland, Florida. Eligible roles include LMHC and LCSW, with full-time or part-time options and no nights, weekends, or on-call.

You’ll work in an integrated care model, build reliable caseloads, and enjoy flexible scheduling (Mon–Fri, 7 AM–7 PM) with strong clinical and administrative support, plus opportunities for CEUs and supervision.

Qualifications

• Must be fully licensed (NO ASSOCIATES)
• LMHC or LCSW eligible for hire as a licensed clinician in FL
• Ability to provide psychotherapy and psychosocial assessments
