Job summary

A Better You Counseling is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Professional to deliver diagnostic assessments, create personalized treatment plans, and provide ongoing support to clients. This hybrid role supports professional growth and collaborative care in a community-focused practice.

You will engage in thorough assessments, develop tailored treatment plans, and monitor client progress while benefiting from supervision, administrative support, and a modern EHR system.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of clinical experience required.
• Must hold a current LPC, LPCC, LPCC-S, LSW, LISW, or LISW-S license in Ohio.
• Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMHP) with a strong therapeutic focus.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Provide ongoing therapeutic support and progress monitoring.
• Collaborate with the team and maintain documentation and supervision.
