MySpectrum Counseling & Coaching is seeking a Teletherapist to provide HIPAA‑compliant online therapy in 45–60 minute sessions from a Virginia home base, serving children, families and adults. The caseload for full‑time therapists is around 30 client sessions per week, with part‑time arrangements available as caseload matures.

The role offers flexible scheduling, work‑from‑home options, a 60/40 compensation split with bi‑weekly pay, and benefits under a W‑2 arrangement for those meeting billable

Qualifications

• Licensed as LCSW, LPC, or LCP in Virginia and eligible for credentialing with major insurance panels.

Schedule: Full‑time or Part‑time (minimum of 7 sessions per week)

Location: Work from home within the state of Virginia; teletherapy available throughout Virginia and beyond.

Job Summary

The Teletherapist will provide therapy through a HIPAA‑compliant teletherapy platform in standard 45‑60 minute sessions. The average caseload for full‑time therapists is approximately 30 client sessions per week. The organization will collaborate with candidates on a part‑time basis until the caseload matures to full‑time.
