Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field.
• 3 years of related experience.
• Licenses: LPC, LPC-A, LCSW, LMSW working towards LCSW, LMFT, LMFT-A, or LPA.

Responsibilities

• Consult and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of providers.
• Administer and interpret assessments and measures.
• Lead weekly evidence-based group psychological interventions with child/adolescent patients and caregivers, virtually and in-person as needed.
• Develop treatment plans with patients and family, including goals and referrals.
• Identify patients with urgent mental health conditions and make referrals as needed.
• Maintain documentation of assessments, interventions, and discharge plans.
• Adhere to ethical and legal requirements and maintain supervisor communication.
• Update monthly productivity reports.
