Job summary

Josh Pros LLC is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) for an on-site role in Lowell, MA. You will provide outpatient therapy to patients of all ages, addressing anxiety, PTSD, domestic violence, parent-child concerns, substance use, and serious mental illness with a full support staff and multidisciplinary team.

Work schedule Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with one evening weekly, up to 28 patients per week.

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts LMHC license.
• Experience treating trauma, anxiety, PTSD, substance use, and serious mental illness.
• Comfortable working in a team-based outpatient setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient therapy for patients of all ages.
• Work with a multidisciplinary care team and full support staff.
• Manage a manageable caseload and support patient recovery goals.

We're hiring a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who wants meaningful impact, a manageable caseload, and strong financial stability.

You’ll provide outpatient therapy for patients of all ages, treating anxiety, PTSD, domestic violence, parent-child concerns, substance use, and serious mental illness while working with full support staff and an established multidisciplinary care team.
