Job summary

Gotham Enterprises Ltd. is seeking a Telehealth Therapist to join our remote clinical team. This full-time, Monday–Friday role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to serve clients via video sessions while maintaining high standards of care.

You will be licensed in Washington State (LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC) and experienced with telehealth platforms and electronic documentation. A Master's degree in a clinical field is required, along with the ability to work independently in a virtual

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a clinical field (social work, counseling, psychology or MFT).
• Active Washington state license (LICSW, LMFT or LMHC) required.
• Experience with telehealth platforms and online documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead individual and group therapy sessions by video.
• Meet with new clients and gather intake information.
• Provide counseling based on session discussions.
• Maintain complete and up-to-date clinical records.
• Coordinate referrals and additional services as needed.
• Ensure confidentiality and licensing compliance.

About the Position

This full-time remote role is open to therapists licensed in Washington State. You'll work with individuals and groups through virtual sessions, supporting clients with a range of mental health concerns while keeping your workday focused on direct clinical care. The position also includes the routine charting and case follow-through needed to keep care organized from one appointment to the next.

Responsibilities

• Lead individual and group therapy sessions by video
• Meet with new clients and gather the information needed to begin care
• Provide counseling based on the concerns discussed during sessions
• Keep clinical records complete and up to date
• Respond appropriately when a client's needs become more complex
• Coordinate additional services when another type of support is needed
• Maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries
• Follow Washington State licensing and telehealth requirements

Requirements
