Cornerstone Care is looking for a Counselor to join our behavioral health team at the Sto-Rox Family Health Center in McKees Rocks, PA. This role requires providing a variety of mental health services, ensuring the highest quality patient care while maintaining clinical documentation.

The ideal candidate will have a current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Professional Counselor. Experience in outpatient clinic settings is appreciated but not essential. Benefits include medical insurance, loan repayment opportunities, and a sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Must have a current license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania.
• Experience in outpatient clinic preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Provide individual psychotherapy and group therapy.
• Conduct clinical assessments to provide DSM-IV diagnoses.
• Maintain clinical documentation according to managed care guidelines.
• Coordinate treatment with primary care physicians and psychiatrists.
• Respond to emergency situations for patients in distress.
