LifeStance Health Inc. is expanding its clinical team in Charlotte, NC, seeking licensed therapists with NC credentials. The role supports both telemedicine and in-person care, serving adults and/or children/adolescents, in a collaborative office environment with modern facilities.

Compensation is above market with uncapped earnings and a full benefits package. This position offers schedule flexibility and strong work-life balance, at the new Ballantyne office location.

Qualifikationen

• Must hold LMFT, LCSW, or LCMHC license in NC.
• Experience with adult and/or child/adolescent populations.

• Provide individual and/or family therapy to adults and/or youth.
• Deliver telemedicine and in-person sessions as needed.
• Support a productivity-based, uncapped earnings model.
