LifeStance Health is hiring Licensed Therapists (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) in Washington. We offer a competitive compensation package with uncapped earning potential, a W2 employed structure, sign-on bonus, cash-based incentive plan and a comprehensive benefits package.

Positions support both part-time and full-time engagement with a hybrid work model offering in-person and remote flexibility. Local offices in Sammamish provide convenient access to clients and a team-based clinical environment.

Qualifikationen

• Fully licensed in Washington State as LMHC, LMFT or LICSW.
• Experience with adult and/or child/adolescent populations.
• Ability to provide individual and/or couples therapy.

• Locations are throughout the area to make commuting easier

Therapist are a critical part of our clinician team. We are seeking Therapists that are:

• Fully Licensed in Washington State:
• Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
• Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
• Experienced with Adult and/ or child and adolescent populations
• Individual and or couples therapy
