The role emphasizes supporting providers with built-in EHR, scheduling, secure messaging, and education resources, enabling focus on client care and practice growth.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Master’s degree in counseling and be licensed as LMHC/LPCMH/LIMHP where applicable.
• NPI number and malpractice insurance are required/expected.
• Willingness to start private practice expansion and accept insured clients.

Responsibilities

• Help licensed clinicians launch or grow private practices.
• Assist clinicians credential for insurance panels and stay compliant with regulations.
• Work with Headway’s platform features (EHR, scheduling, communications) to support providers.
