Job summary

Grow Therapy partners with independent mental health clinicians to help them build sustainable practices with strong support systems. Therapists can practice via telehealth, in-person, or hybrid arrangements, with credentialing, billing support, and an integrated EHR, scheduling, and telehealth.

Grow Therapy offers dedicated provider success teams, payor navigation, and marketing guidance to help clinicians grow their practice while maintaining clinical quality and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must hold full professional license as a therapist.
• Credentialed with major insurers.
• Ability to bill and manage claims.
• Experience with integrated EHR, scheduling, and telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy services via telehealth or in-person.
• Collaborate with provider success teams to grow sustainable practices.
• Participate in live CE credits and professional development events.
