Job summary

LifeStance Health is hiring licensed therapists in Washington for outpatient offices, offering a sign-on bonus and a W2 employed position. Competitive compensation ranges from $90,000 to $115,000, with productivity-based incentives and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Washington state and credentialed (LMHC/LICSW/LMFT).
• Experience with adult and/or child/adolescent populations.

Licensed Therapists are a critical part of our clinical team. We’re seeking:

• Therapists fully licensed and credentialed in Washington - Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Experienced in working with adult, and/or child and adolescent populations
