Job summary

The Salvation Army North & Central Illinois Division is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Clinician for the Pathway Forward Program in Chicago. You will conduct mental health assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide evidence-based therapies within a community-based setting under the Clinical Administrator.

This role requires ongoing credential maintenance and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Requires IL LCPC/LPC/LCSW and master’s degree in related field.
• Minimum of two years in mental health treatment preferred.
• Valid Driver's license/MVR clearance.

Responsibilities

• Perform mental health assessments, treatment plans, case notes and reports to timelines.
• Conduct CBT and other evidence-based therapies; document sessions and contacts.
• Coordinate with psychiatrists for MAT evaluation and medication oversight.
• Provide family counseling when appropriate and maintain credentials & required trainings.
