Job summary

A mental health wellness practice in Pennsylvania is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Clinician who is confident in DSM-5 diagnosis and skilled in developing treatment plans. The ideal candidate will conduct assessments, deliver evidence-based therapy, and maintain client progress documentation. Candidates should hold an active license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Psychologist) and a relevant graduate degree. Competitive per-session compensation structure is offered, with flexible telehealth options available.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Psychologist) required.
• Current malpractice insurance is mandatory.
• Child abuse clearance & criminal background clearance as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments.
• Assign accurate DSM diagnoses.
• Develop treatment plans by the 2nd or 3rd session.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy (CBT, Trauma-Informed Care, etc.).
• Maintain progress notes within 48 hours.
• Ensure charts are complete and billing-ready.
• Maintain a minimum caseload of 6 clients per week.
• Participate in supervision or consultation as required.
