Behavioral Health Clinic seeks Licensed Mental Health Clinicians (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist) to join our Milwaukee-area multidisciplinary team. Opportunities exist at Downtown/Third Ward, West Allis, Cedarburg, and West Bend with in-person or hybrid work and flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities include assessment, treatment planning, psychotherapy, documentation, and coordination with other professionals.

Qualificações

• Master's or doctoral degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or another qualifying behavioral health discipline.
• Active Wisconsin license as LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist.
• Ability to practice independently within the scope of the applicable Wisconsin license.
• Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to satisfy background-check, credentialing, and payer-enrollment requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Provide individual, family, couples, or group therapy.
• Complete clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver ethical, trauma-informed, evidence-based behavioral health services.
• Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches.
• Coordinate care with healthcare providers, schools, caregivers, and community partners.
• Participate in clinical consultation, peer collaboration, and organizational meetings.
• Maintain professional boundaries and protect client confidentiality.
• Follow BHC policies and licensing, ethical, billing, and regulatory requirements.
• Complete continuing education and maintain all credentials.
