Job summary

A mental health wellness practice in Pennsylvania is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Clinician who is confident in DSM-5 diagnosis and skilled in developing treatment plans. The ideal candidate will conduct assessments, deliver evidence-based therapy, and maintain client progress documentation. Candidates should hold an active license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Psychologist) and a relevant graduate degree. Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments.
• Assign accurate DSM diagnoses.
• Develop treatment plans by the 2nd or 3rd session.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy (CBT, Trauma-Informed Care, etc.).
• Maintain progress notes within 48 hours.
• Ensure charts are complete and billing-ready.
• Maintain a minimum caseload of 6 clients per week.
• Participate in supervision or consultation as required.

Licensure Requirements

We are seeking clinicians licensed in one or more of the following states:

• Pennsylvania
• New Jersey
• New York
• Delaware
• Maryland

Eligible licenses:

• LCSW
• LPC
• LMFT
• Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD)

Multi-state licensure strongly preferred.
