We are a growing, mission-driven health insurance agency with offices in Beaverton, OR, and Vancouver, WA. As we expand our remote team, we are seeking individuals who are not yet licensed but are actively pursuing their Oregon or Washington health insurance license. These remote positions—available as full-time or seasonal—are ideal for those looking to build a long-term career in Medicare insurance sales and client services.

These roles may support open enrollment periods, outreach campaigns, or ongoing client engagement projects. We provide training, mentorship, and pathways toward full licensing and advancement within the agency.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Support licensed agents by gathering client prescription and provider information
  • Assist clients during Medicare plan reviews under supervision or direction
  • Schedule and participate in client phone appointments
  • Learn to navigate Medicare coverage options and educate clients with guidance from licensed team members
  • Enter and update client data in agency systems and CRM platforms
  • Participate in virtual onboarding, licensing preparation, and training sessions
  • Manage assigned tasks from a remote home-based office with independence and accuracy
