Job summary

AccentCare, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Masters Social Worker to support home health patients in Chino Hills, Covina, Rancho Cucamonga, San Bernardino, Loma Linda, Redlands, and surrounding areas.

This PRN, on-site role requires an MSW, active license, CPR certification, and the ability to travel to multiple locations. The position emphasizes patient-centered care, care planning, and collaboration with clinical teams to achieve optimal outcomes for diverse aging populations in California

Be the Best Masters Social Worker You Can Be
