Job summary

Qualifications

• Interviews clients and reviews medical/psychiatric history to develop treatment plans.
• Assessments of individual and family needs, strengths, and limitations.
• Complete admissions documentation per OASAS procedures and confidentiality rules.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train social work interns and paraprofessionals.
• Coordinate shift coverage and serve as shift point person.
• Provide individual, group, and family counseling as needed and crisis intervention.
