TAG MedStaffing represents a nationally recognized nonprofit healthcare organization seeking a Bilingual Senior Manager for the Patient Education & Support Services team in New York. The role focuses on psychosocial support, patient education, and resource navigation for patients and families in English and Spanish.

The position involves coordinating education initiatives, facilitating support groups, and expanding outreach within underserved communities.

Qualifications

• Active LMSW, LCSW, or LMHC license.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• Minimum 5 years of social work or behavioral health experience.
• Experience providing direct psychosocial support to patients and families.
• Experience facilitating support groups.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining professionalism.

Responsibilities

This is an exciting opportunity for a licensed behavioral health professional who is passionate about supporting patients and families, facilitating support groups, providing education, and helping expand access to critical healthcare resources.
