This is a full-time 1099 independent subcontractor opportunity with a hybrid work arrangement based on project needs. Work will be performed at residential remodeling projects throughout South Jersey, and the selected plumber must be available for scheduled installations and on-site plumbing work as required.

As a Licensed Master Plumber - Bathroom Remodeling Subcontractor, you will work alongside our installation team to complete the licensed plumbing portion of residential bathroom remodeling projects, including tub-to-shower conversions, shower replacements, and tub replacements. You will perform drain connections and modifications, tub and shower valve connections, hot and cold water supply connections, and drain and valve relocations when necessary. You will also troubleshoot existing plumbing conditions, personally perform all required on-site plumbing work, and ensure every project complies with applicable New Jersey plumbing codes while helping projects progress efficiently throughout South Jersey.

Requirements:

• Active New Jersey Master Plumber License
• Ability to work as an independent 1099 subcontractor
• Proper insurance for subcontractor work
• Experience with residential bathroom remodeling (preferred)
• Experience with tub and shower installations and wet-area plumbing
• Ability to perform drain connections/modifications, complete tub or shower valve connections, and complete hot and cold water supply connections
• Experience with tub-to-shower conversions, shower replacements, and tub replacements
• Ability to relocate drains and valves when necessary
• Ability to troubleshoot existing plumbing conditions
• Commitment to ensuring compliance with applicable New Jersey plumbing codes
