Hair Cuttery Family of Brands in Florida is seeking a Licensed Master Cosmetologist/Stylist with advanced technical skills to grow an established client base and elevate your craft.

You’ll offer precision cuts, advanced coloring, balayage, and texture services while leveraging a loyal book to maximize commissions. We provide growth opportunities, training, and flexible scheduling to fit your life.

Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology or barber license (state-specific).
• Authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
• Strong technical skills in precision cuts, fades, color services, and personalized consultations.
• Experience with advanced techniques such as highlights, balayage, texture services, and finishing.
• A loyal book of business generating $1,300+ per week (preferred; qualifies you for higher commissions).
• Professionalism, confidence, and the ability to thrive with minimal guidance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow your client book; welcome walk-ins and new guests.
• Provide precision cuts, advanced coloring, texture services, and personalized consultations.
• Drive guest traffic and retention through in-salon promos and social/local efforts.
• Deliver high-quality service with confidence and professionalism.
