Hair Cuttery Family of Brands is seeking a Licensed Master Cosmetologist/Stylist to bring your book and earn more in McLean, VA. We reward top talent with six-figure potential through service commissions, tips, and performance-based pay. You can grow your book with built-in client flow and our marketing support.

Full-time or part-time roles available; we provide training and opportunities in leadership or education as you advance your craft, including access to Redken education teams.

Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology or barber license (state-specific).
• Authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
• Strong skills in precision cuts, fades, color services and personalized consultations.
• Experience with highlights, balayage, texture services and finishing.
• Loyal book of business generating $1,300+ per week (preferred; higher commissions possible).
• Professionalism and confidence with minimal guidance.
