Position Overview

We are looking for a therapist for Sundays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. As a Licensed Massage Therapist at Noi Massage Comfort and Spa, you will provide professional, high-quality massages tailored to each client’s individual needs. If you are not familiar with Thai style massage, you must be willing to be trained into this style. If you are not currently paneled to provide medical massage treatment, you’ll need to be able to be paneled, which we are willing to provide. You’ll work in a tranquil and well-equipped space, ensuring a peaceful and restorative experience for every client.

Responsibilities

• Provide a range of massage techniques (e.g., Thai, Medical, Warm Coconut Oil, Hot Stone, etc, We will train if needed.)
• Perform detailed assessments to understand client needs and offer tailored treatments
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits
• Work well with staff, be timely for all treatment sessions and responsible to full fill and complete all scheduled sessions.
• Uphold all health and safety standards and ensure the highest level of client satisfaction
• Communicate effectively with clients and staff to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications

• Valid Oregon Massage Therapy License (required)
• Previous experience in massage therapy (preferred but not required)
• Able to perform A shiatsu style of massage as part of the Thai style of massage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to perform various types of massages and adapt to different client needs
• Excellent time management skills and reliability
• Passionate about health, wellness, and helping others feel their best
