Hand & Stone Franchise Corp is seeking Licensed Massage Therapists with an active state license to join our Pennsylvania spa network. You will build a steady client base and enjoy a daily earning range of $250–$350 (including tips), plus flexible scheduling and consistent client flow.

Qualifications

• Active massage therapist license in the appropriate state is required.
• Ability to carry massage therapy liability insurance.
• Customized treatment plans based on client needs to deliver quality results.
• Create an exceptional experience of healing for each member/guest through routine visits and long term treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas.
• Deliver consistent massage sessions to clients.
• Follow prescribed treatment plans and adjust as needed for client goals.
• Document client progress and communicate with clients about outcomes.
• Engage clients to build long-term therapeutic relationships.
