Job summary

Massage Envy Hawaiʻi is hiring licensed massage therapists to join our growing team. You’ll provide high-quality therapeutic bodywork to our local clients and help fill a loyal client base while enjoying a comprehensive benefits package.

This full-time role offers a base annual salary of $55,000–$60,000 plus monthly gratuity and opportunities for additional earnings, with employer-paid healthcare, 401(k) contributions, paid time off, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Current Hawaii Massage Therapy License is required.
• Reliable, skilled, and committed to meaningful healing work.
• Team player with good client interaction and care.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality, therapeutic bodywork that meets clients' needs.
• Communicate with clients to identify their needs and set clear expectations.
• Stay connected to clients throughout each session to achieve the goals of each service.
• Recommend follow-up visits and additional services to help clients pursue their wellness goals.
