Job summary

Massage Envy Ocala is seeking licensed massage therapists to join our team. This role offers a healthy compensation plan with base pay by service hour plus gratuities, and adjustments for experience and education, including evening and weekend shifts.

We provide bonuses for rebooking, client satisfaction, and service enhancements. We also support your career with free liability insurance through AMTA, CE courses, and a collaborative, drama-free work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 500 hours massage therapy school and certificate of completion.
• Licensed to practice massage therapy in state.
• Strong communication and client-care skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide massage therapy sessions to clients.
• Maintain client confidentiality and safety throughout sessions.
• Encourage follow-up visits and additional services.
