Job summary

HOAMCO's Trilogy at Redmond Ridge in Redmond, WA seeks a Licensed Massage Therapist (PT) to work in our Tranquility Spa, growing clientele within the private, 55+ resort-style community.

This weekday-only role features commission-based pay; you will perform spa treatments, maintain room readiness, promote services and retail, and uphold safety and hygiene standards while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• A WA State Massage Therapy License is required.
• Liability Insurance required.
• CPR/AED certification within 20 days of employment.
• Previous massage and body treatments experience preferred.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable with men's and women's treatments.

Responsibilities

• Provides prompt service with each appointment and performs services within the allotted time.
• Maintains professional spa protocols and continuing education.
• Supports spa operations and events, restocks and sanitizes a treatment room.
• Promotes spa services and retail, including programs and discounts.
• Handles member questions and concerns professionally and courteously.
