Job summary

JEM Wellness Brands in Charlotte is seeking licensed massage therapists to join our growing clinics at 9733 Northlake Centre Pkwy. We offer competitive base pay per service hour, tips, bonuses and commissions, plus a $2,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualified candidates will perform therapeutic bodywork, communicate with clients to identify needs, and stay connected throughout sessions while pursuing growth and ongoing education.

Qualifications

• Certificate of Completion of massage therapy school program.
• Meets licensing requirements to perform services in state.
• Passion for helping others feel their best.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality, therapeutic bodywork that meets clients' needs.
• Communicate with clients to identify their needs and set clear expectations.
• Stay connected to clients throughout each session to achieve the goals of each service.
• Recommend follow-up visits and additional services to help clients pursue their wellness goals.
